PLAYING VIDEOS AND VIEWING FILES

winRAR can manage these archives just fine
you can download winRAR from here and install
onto your PC so decompressing will be easy

VIEWING TEXT AND READING

this is why in the /nwo/content/apps folder i have included
GetDiz which reads all text file types including NFO

you can use whichever PDF viewer you prefer
some people like Foxit Reader claiming it is
not as bloated as Adobe Reader

however, Adobe Reader will view PDF files exactly
as they were meant to be seen, so keep that in mind
especially when viewing high quality content
