01)  install Everest
02)  run Everest
03)  click the REPORT menu at the top
04)  click REPORT WIZARD
05)  click NEXT
06)  click NEXT
07)  click PLAIN TEXT radio button
08)  click FINISH
09)  when the scan is done [upper left corner] click SAVE TO FILE
10)  at the top, click the green arrow on yellow folder until Desktop appears in the Save in field.
11)  click SAVE
12)  send the "Report.txt" file to the Admin helping you
